You're mistaken. The Bible says, "An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth". Many people think this means revenge is ok, that isn't what the passage is about. The passage relates to justice being proportional to the crime. So if a child, unaware of such things as "paying at the checkout", takes a candy from the obviously large supply that was placed where it can easily be seen and a few grabbed as it is walking past (well, why else did the shop put set up the display like that unless that was their intention?), is a completely different scenario to a person who organizes the killing of millions of people.

Yes there are no "little" sins in God's eyes but that doesn't mean that you'd fry some little 5 year old child on death row. It's not about the sin it's about being forgiving for them. That 5 year old is not going to recieve the same punishment as that adult mass murderer. In the Bible the age of accountablility is twelve because of Jesus' trip to the temple at that age. Though that child is not innocent it will not be punished the same as the mass murderer.

No
Theres something called the age of reasoning.
With most countries this comes in an age where the child can fully comprehend what is right and wrong and know the full consequences of their actions.
Interestingly enough, this age coincides with the age of puberty in many countries.
Around 8-9
Now the age of full recognition may change from person to person.
And in Islam, we are told by God that angel scribes do not start to note down sins or good deeds in three conditions:
1.before the age of puberty
2. when the person has lost their mind faculties (angel scribes stop recording, no longer held accountable)
3. during very old age when the person has become like that of a child.

That has to be one of the most misinterpreted concepts in Christian doctrine. Rather than "a sin is a sin," a better explaination would be "the root cause of all sin is the same."
Obviously, a stolen piece of candy and genocide are at opposite ends of the scale as far as evil is concerned. But the root cause of both is the same: greed, selfishness, and disobedience to God's Word.
So there are greater or lesser degrees of sin. But there is only one basic source of sin, and that is willfully disregarding God's commandments.

Well, no. An adult would go to the court and present their case. A 5 year old is incapable of adult style measures. The child should be dealt with calmly, rationally, and last but not least, Godly. A Godly punishment the child will receive maybe calmly, maybe madly, but at least it's not madly for certain.

The sins themselves do have a variance in degree of severity. But much like breaking the law here on earth, there is only 1 option, justice. God hates sin, we sin, God has to punish us. 1+1+1=3
But luckily God has given us a way to be forgiven so whether we have murdered someone, or stolen a zagnut, we can be forgiven. Jesus said even if you have done so little as to say "you fool" you are in danger of hell. That is how much God despises sin and it is time more of us start taking it more seriously!

All sins are equal in the eyes of God. A sin is still a sin but they all have different punishments on earth. Although, if you ask for forgiveness, God forgives your sin and takes the punishment away. That is why Jesus Christ came to this earth and died on the cross, so that He can take all our sins upon Him and be crucified.

the 5 year old child is not subject to the same punishment as an adult as that child does not yet know the difference between right from wrong, quite unlike the adult that writes childish questions on Y/A.

O.K., I'll answer that.
No.
Sinning dosen't Send you to Hell.
Doing Good dosen't Allow you to go to Heaven.
Exciting, isn't it!
The Truth.
Bout time we All Learn what Keeps you otta Heaven (or Really, GODs Presence).
Adam messed-up his Spirit and Passed it to Everybody.
That messed up Spirit Keeps GOD from Living inside of you (Spirits can do that).
Gotta get that Thing (your Spirit) RECREATED, so GOD can Live inside of you, and Heaven will be your Home later on.
You can Sin BEFOR you get Saved---AND After you get Saved.
But that Messed-Up Spirit Keeps you Outta Heaven (GODs Presence).
Thats the Truth.
Ditto................
p.s. ANYBODY can get Saved (Born-Again) in this Time Frame (New Testament).
Everybody has the Right to go to Heaven if you will Ask Jesus to Recreate (give HIM Permission--you have a FreeWill, GOD will not go Against that) You.
