You're supposed to use four whitestrips every day, two upper and two lower. I wanted to finish my box of Crest Whitestrips Premium Plus before Valentine's Day but that's not going to happen unless I use a total of eight whitestrips a day, four upper and four lower. Would using more than two strips a day have any effect on the speed that my teeth whiten? Would that be bad for my teeth?

The more you use the strips the whiter your teeth will become. Your teeth may become sensitive if you do it that often. I have found that I get better results if I dry my teeth before applying the strips. Leave them on for 30mins. to an hour. Then wait a few hours and apply them again. I have used them three times a day. Do not drink anything but water for best results. If you must have something else brush your teeth right away! Brush after eating food as well. The whiter your teeth become the faster they stain.
I also like using Crest Triple- Action Whitening Rinse. It whitens teeth, protects against stains, and kills bad breath germs.

Yes, but the damage to your teeth isn't worth the effect of whitening your teeth. The white strips opens up the pores in your teeth (just like the ones on your face) to let the whitening solution penetrate and lighten the color of your teeth. If you use it more than the reccomended time, it can cause serious irribility to your gums, make your teeth very sensitive, and cause enamel damage. And the enamel protects your teeth from decay. Don't worry, some strips work in as little as 7 days

Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.

Check out this site: http://www.naturalwhiteteeth.net - It's about how you can whiten your teeth 100% naturally. Same results but 100% safe and 1000 times cheaper.

Use them by the instruction. Over using can make your teeth sensitive to heat and cold.

Yes, it would whiten your teeth faster, but its bad for your teeth, because it wears away your enamel on your teeth.

It will make them super sensitive and could actually damage the pulp of the tooth. I don't advise it.
