You probably are not losing your mind like you think you are. It is my guess that you have way to much going on. First of all, you are only 14 what are you doing with a boyfriend anyway at this age? Second, you are only 14 and your hormones are going crazy trying to figure out where the little girl went and the young lady came from. Hormones will cause you many, many more "pleasant" memories in the years to come. Third, you are probably in the 9th grade and in high school. 9th grade is hard enough without the added pressure of high school in general. Middle school was less pressure. Elementary and middle school prepare you for high school. High school prepares you for life and it will not get any easier.
Drop the boyfriend and get one again when you are at least 16 and things aren't so crazy for you.

Its very hard. I know exactly what your going through. When i was in middle school I was severely injured by a dog and literally had the entire top half of my head, skin, hair and all, ripped off (also called scalp evulsion). It was a near death experience. Trust me as bad as it seems now it there is always someone who has it worse then you. I had to go through 3 years of plastic surgery to look normal again. Wanna talk about bullying? It was awful. However, when I got into high school everything changed, no one knew me, it was completely a fresh start. Remember that you are special for who you are and you have special talents even if you don't know it yet. You won't be able to make friend if you don't put yourself out there. Not wanting to get hurt is just a defense mechanism. Eventually you'll be able to get passed it. You have a great family, so talk to your cousins, even if they are older then you, they're closer in age then your parents and might be able to teach you a thing or too about socializing with other people at school. Oh and as for Facebook, Screw it. Facebook is addictive I know, but who give a crap what is going on in others peoples lives. If it makes you feel this depressed, then get rid of it. its that simple.

Please don't panic or stress about this, you'll get wrinkles !! Seriously, I do believe that you just being a typical 14 year old type gal who's not eating properly. Memory loss represents a deficiency in vitamin B1 (thiamine). Go to the chemist and ask the pharmacist to recommend a good brand of multivitamin B complex tablets. Pharmacists are generally pretty knowledgeable about all this stuff and really helpfull. Or................ you just try eating more foods rich in this vitamin??? Eat more - whole grains, meat (pork or liver), nuts, peas, beans and lentils, soybeans, egg yolks, fish, oatmeal, peanuts and milk. The recommended daily intake foradults is 1.0 to 1.5mg for adults, check with the pharmacist what it is for teenagers. If you've been really stressed, anxious about anything lately, this would have caused the deficiency. So get more multivitamin B complex into you cos the B vitamins work better when all taken together in the one pill!! B1 will also improve your mental attitude and strengthen your nervous system.
PEACE & LOVE & ALL THAT

It could be as simple as not getting enough sleep. Try goind to bed a half hour earlier, or sleeping a half hour later and see if things improve. Teens your age need at least 9 hours sleep a night.

Well i think it is time that you go and see a therapist, and you are at the age, that you can sign yourself in, and not let them talk with your parents, There is something going on, and you really need to work though that issures, so you can get back on track, and be out there, having fun with your friends again, and your boy friend.

How is your diet? Do you eat protein? Good fatty foods? Do you eat junk food, mostly?
My memory stinks when I don't eat things like fish, meat, chicken, eggs, grains....fruits and veggies help with memory very little, you need those for all the other health reasons, but for memory, you need to eat animal meats. Do you eat dairy? That helps with it too. One thing you don't want to do is diet when you're 14. Dieting is very bad for your growth, and yes, memory.
Play it safe and eat those foods.
BTW: Doesn't sound like ADD. Sounds like you just need to eat more of the right kinds of foods. Teenagers have the most bizarre eating habits, mostly consisting of junk foods. You want to eat meals that are good for your brain.
Good luck....

Calm down, don't freak out... I've got ADD too. I'm really terrible with numbers, I reverse them all the time. Can't even remember my own apartment number most of the time! Don't feel bad, it'll get better with age. I'm 22... I was BAD at your age lol
