I just had all four wisdom teeth extracted a week ago and the stitches removed 2 days ago. My OS told me the upper right was very close to my sinuses, so try not to blow my nose for a while after the surgery. Now I found when i rinse, water seems to enter the extraction site and enter the sinuses. Is this normal right after the procedure and will it heal on its own?

It will take a month or two for the hole to close and heal. If it doesn't after a month call the dentist and tell him.
Actually, if I were you, I would call NOW and talk to him to ease you mind.
That happened to me. Good Luck!
