I had the same problem all through school. I wore sweat shirts and jackets everyday. It's called hyperhidrosis. Go to your doctor and get Drysol it will stop the sweating completely the first day you use it. Or you can try Certian Dri which isn't as strong but you can buy at any store. I promise you they will help.

Some people have more active sweat glands than others. You may actually be adding to the problem with the black shirts, although I know that you are trying to cover up sweat stains by doing so.

You need to make sure that you are cleaning under your arms very well, using soap and warm water. Make sure that your underarms are totally dry before applying a anti-perspirant and deodorant product. Mitchem and Certain-Dri are both quality products.

It can be helpful to cover more of the underarm area, as some sweat glands are a bit outside of the armpit area itself. It can also be helpful to put on one layer of the antiperspirant-deodorant, allow it to air dry without your shirt on, and then apply a second layer. Once the second layer has dried, then you can put your shirt on.

Some people actually sweat more due to a reaction to certain synthetics in clothing. Make sure that you are wearing all cotton shirts, which are actually more breathable, and will not cause you to retain more body heat under your arms. Hope this helps and have a good day.

I would use deodorant. Or go to the doctor, they will perscribe something for you. My sister did. She got a product named Drysol. It's working fine with her. No more sweat!
