the best quality digital pictures from camera??? walmart, walgreens, sam's , kinko's?? who has the cheapest prices and best pictures??

Out of those options, Walmart was rated #3 in the nation, and really cheap too! You can use their online, 1hour service too. I was very pleased with my pictures!

Walmart and Sams is out. There's were terrible, even for little 4x6 prints. I haven't tried Walgreens, but I priced kinkos which were not a good deal. I finally found a really great printer locally starprintz.com in madison wisconsin.
If you want to stay local, you might want to find a smaller operation since they don't change that much more and the results are tremendously better.
