Vodka is easy to mix with just about anything. Invest in a vodka that's highly-filtered because it'll be even smoother and won't give you too bad of a hangover.
I also like Malibu rum with some pineapple juice and a splash of Grenadine. It's like a tropical/mai-tai tasting drink and you barely taste the alcohol.

Easiest to drink? Orange or cherry vodka or the flavored rums. I really like the flavored rums for a drink that goes down easy. Normally though, I like Woodford Reserve & Wild Turkey 101 bourbons and Bombay Saphire gin.

Hypnotic is great. Girls love it, it kind of tastes like blue rasberry, its good stuff and can get you a little messed up but not too bad. It also runs pretty cheap. Kahlua is also great, and i know me and my boys love some good old Patron. The ladies also tend to love Grey Goose vodka which isnt rediculously strong. Mikes hard lemonade is a good group drink.

Smirnoff, Hypnotiq, Malibu tastes good by itself. Its easy to down anything as long as you have a chaser to take the taste away. Or if you don't wanna take shots you can mix drinks. like Jager and Red Bull tastes really good and gets you messed up quick. Or Malibu and pineapple juice, vodka and pink lemonade or cranberry juice, tequila with coke, etc ..

Bacardi Grand Melon is a nice watermelon rum that is very smooth. You can make watermelon martinis or mix it with a nice fruit punch preferably Tropicana...It taste soooooooo good! You can also take shots and it great because I can't shoot but I can drink that liquor straight.
