This is one of these questions that depend on each woman you ask. I personally like the look as long as it is clean and neatly trimmed.
Some women are bothered by it, and think that it looks dirty and sloppy, you have to really ask your own girl for her opinion.
Always remember that the scraggly look can be very scratchy to a girls more delicate skin, and she will not like the "rug burn effect" she may end up with.
