alvacodos lower cholesterol but are fattening cheerioes.... oatmeal.. if you are reely good, it takes a few months.. without presciption meds...
eat plain otmeal every morning.. that is really supposed to help...
who told you youy levels were up???

It takes about a month but you can't lower it unless you start making right decisions.
Remember a month will only lower it a bit it takes your whole life and lifestyle changes to keep it down and reduce the risk of heart disease.
