I really like this girl and even though she probably knows that I like her, I never told her in person. Should I tell her how I feel about her or should I just hope that our friendship will evolve into a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. We hang out and always have a good time we laugh a lot and talk a lot to each other. would it be awkward for her to hear that I like her. I think she likes me too but I'm not sure, how should I ask her if she likes me more than a friend???. With valentines coming up I was thinking about getting her something not very expensive but something like a message gift certificate, if I do get her something how should I tell her? we go to different schools, so I don't see her that often so do you think it would be a good idea to tell her how I feel about her over the phone, or should I just wait to see if we ever hang out again to tell her in person????

First tell her in person over the phone is just childish. When you guys are spending time together and laughing and having a good time and those moments when you think she likes you too.....tell her don't ask her if she likes you b/c if she does she will tell you after you tell her!!!!....if she don't it is not the end of the world b/c you still have a good friendship b/c it won't get ruined b/c of you liking her......but do you really want to risk waiting to tell her for someone else to snatch her up and leaving you wondering what if b/c wondering what if.....will keep you guessing your whole life.....go for it.....valentines day get her a nice card telling you how you feel and a lil teddy bear or something gurls love that

You'll never just "evolve" into a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship - at some point, someone has to make some sort of declaration. So be bold. Tell her. Valentine's Day is the perfect time - and if it doesn't work out, your can blame it on Cupid.

You are the type of friend a girl could really fall for. A romantic and thoughtful young man. Because you go to different schools....Don't you think it would be romantic if you sent her a pink rose (or however many) (pink because it means friendship) with a nice card (asking her to hang out with you). Send it all to her school (in her name). Every girl there will be so envious of her. How many people do you know that did something like that just so they could hang out with someone they really like hanging out with.
PS Be sure to leave your telephone number on the card so she can call you to comfirm that "hang out date"?

Well if it seems like she likes you as well.... with Valentine's day coming.... to me,.. it would be the perfect time to tell someone you care for them more than just friends. If you're not ready yourself to tell her in person,... do it with a "be my valentine" card...
Trust me,... she'll love it!!....
Us girls are mostly shy at times... so even though we're in love with the guy and he is with us most times... and he is a very good fried of ours... we wouldn't dare tell them... we just wait and hope to see if he would make the first move...
So that's what you should do,... make the first move...
Invite her to the movies... or to dinner this Valentine's day....
Tell her how you feel.... I'm sure it'll work out...

Get her a Valentine card and write "I really like you a lot, and I'm hoping you feel the same about me. I'll call you tonight."
That's the best you can do. That way, it probably won't be awkward for her.

U should definetely tell her how u feel!
U never know what possibilities, and wat kind of time yr wasting!
If she's a shy person, she's probably going 2 wait 4 u to make the 1st move, so get sumwhere, b4 itz 2 late!
U never know how the both of u feel about each other, but itz better of 2 find out!

hey well if you really get to her heart then you should get a message gift certiicate and something really sweet. then next time you see her even better make it wher you see each other just for that reason really soon but dont tell her why you want to see her then when she is there tell her how you feel.

ask her is he wants to hang out at the mall and check a moive. In the movie make a few moives(arm around shoulder holding hands) do it in a kind jokeingly way so that way if she rejects you can just say its a joke. If she accepts then you can say that you like her

I would do it in person, that way you can get a better idea about how she responds...not just by words, but body language. You could just simple say something like..."Has it ever crossed your mind that we could easily be more than friends...seeing how well we get together?" Or maybe just.."Have you ever thought we could be more than friends?"
