maybe you're just out of shape.
Try doing little exercises at home..
like crunches, jumping jacks, pushups, etc.
dont worry..not everyone is athletic.

Maybe you just get bored when you work out, so you quit. This might explain why you are bad at PE. Maybe listen to music when you hit the gym, or bring a friend. Also not all of us have the genes to be a great athlete.

No all people like PE/gym class. Maybe you don't like sorts. I did not like it as much when I was a Kid when the teachers would say "Come on Hussle it" or give you a hard time about not being able to catch with the other kids or playing kickball. the mile/pacer they were not my favorites either. But you do make friends with the other kids that don't like PE.

don't worry, i'm not so great at pe either. It doesn't mean you aren't athletic or healthy- PE is just some people's subject, and not others'.

Most people excel in one thing or another.

Look at Einstein. He flunked, too.

Don't worry about it so much.
I flunked PE in high school cuz it was my first class and
I was always late cuz I hated it.

I'm doing just fine now and I don't have to 'jog' anyplace.
Find what you are good at....what your heart follows..
and excel in that. The other things you just do...cuz they
tell you.

different people have different strengths and weaknesses. some are good at games and some are good at crafts, and some like you are not good at p.e. it is not your fault, it is just one of your weak points. everyone has them. just focus on the things that you are good at. find something that you are good at in p.e. even if it is something simple. then try to use it to make something about it that you are not good at better. it won't happen overnight but if you want to get better at it, then you just need to practice. for example, i was never good with math after the 6th grade. it was too hard for me. i had to make myself get better by forcing myself to practice all of the time. it took a while but i was as good with it as everyone else, i just had to work at it a little harder than some people. it doesn't mean that you are a loser, it just means that you need to try harder. it is tough i know but if i can get through it, i know you can. hope this helps. things will get better soon. hang in there. good luck.
