The cats need to be neutered. That means the males need their testicles removed, the females need their uterus and ovaries removed.

Spraying is a territorial marking thing. It is also a "Hey girls/boys, here I am, come and get me!" thing. If you don't get them neutered SOON, this will become a habit for them and then it won't matter if you neuter them or not, you'll be living with the habit until you get rid of the cats or old age claims them.

Get him neutered!!

Each year, in this country alone, millions of healthy, adoptable cats and dogs are killed because there are not enough homes for them all. Please read the article on The Crisis of Pet Overpopulation. Too many companion animals competing for too few good homes is the most obvious consequence of uncontrolled breeding. Living creatures have become throwaway items to be cuddled when cute and abandoned when inconvenient.
You can help solve the crisis of pet overpopulation by spaying and neutering your pets. Did you know that one female dog and her offspring can give birth to 67,000 puppies. In seven years, one cat and her young can produce 420,000 kittens. Did you know that spaying or neutering is good for your pet, you and the community. Spaying and neutering helps dogs and cats live longer, healthier lives. Here are some common thoughts about why people don’t spay or neuter their pets.
Where to have your pets spayed or neutered.
If you can not find a free/low cost spaying & neutering clinic here that is closest to you, then contact your local veterinarian, animal shelter and/or animal rescue group. They should be able to help you.  To find about the benifts and more information on Spaying/Neutering and websites, visit http://www.mypetnanny.info/Link_Pages/Lost_Found.htm

Wow! Alot is going on here!
Sounds to me as if you are giving them too much territory to roam around without supervision. Give them a specific closed off area to be in (like the guest bathroom) while you are not there with them.
You have got to clean up the mess that they have made, because once their odor is on a couch or carpet, they think it's okay to continue using that spot.
There are many products available to remove pet urine odors at your local petshop.

Good luck! how many 3 month old cats do you have?

Yes give each cat a separate litter some are fussy.
However I think the problem is more likely hormonal and the sooner you get them desexed the better

would u like to eat your meals sitting on the toilet? By all means separate them. Each cat doesn't need a different box, in fact the scent of urine helps them determine "It's the right spot". Citrus spray is very effective. Cat hate it.

Neutering your cats will probably put an end to the problem.

But short term, remove the food from the litter box area. Cats are fussy about where they go. Would you like to eat where you poop?

your kitten are like children they are learning to explore so your only recourse is to let them but in a space large enough for them to play and you can give them small toys. but they should be in a coral type area
