Hi. I show my horse in western pleasure, horsemanship, showmanship and halter events. I get a lot of my clothes off of Rod's Western Palace website. If you are looking to get a really good deal, you might try ebay....There is a great company on their called TobysWestern. Other nice places are: Smith Brothers, Hobby horse, INC. and state line tack. Schneider's also has nice items. To get all of the websites, just put the names into search at yahoo. I know Schneider's is www.sstack.com, Hobby Horse is www.hobbyhorseinc.com, Stateline is www.statelinetack.com and just look from there. You really should check out ebay, though. Just search like the words: showmanship jacket (this will bring up horsemanship shirts, too), rail shirt, things like that. Also, I bought a custom shirt from a lady online. Her company name is Gypsy Girl Western....just put that into yahoo. It will bring up her website. It does take a little while with that one, though. Good luck...I know how hard getting the right outfit can be. I just bought a whole new show wardrobe this month: saddle, bridle, pad, shirt, showmanship outfit....ugh! It can get pricey. I do know that Hobby Horse is having its year-end clearance right now. Rod's ships really fast. I just bought my new pleasure shirt from there, with matching wool blanket and got it in under a week. : ) Hope this all helps you. **oh, just wanted to add. They do make the tunic tops now that work for halter events, pleasure and horsemanship. Just tuck in for riding classes, out for halter. This is helpful if you are on a budget. They make some really pretty ones, too. Hobby Horse offers lots of these.**
The Smith Brothers website can be found just by putting it into yahoo.

I went and found it, it is www.smithbrothers.com

i've got by no ability tried to make my very own tutor outfits. i'm no longer even remotely proficient sufficient with the scissors or the stitching gadget. i offered all of my tutor outfits on line. Horseloverz has extremely some stable bargains (quite once you're a chit hunter like me). yet, in all honesty, all of my tutor outfits got here from ebay. that is plenty much less annoying to discover some thing on your length. There are actual some auctions on tutor shirts that are custom made; you win the bidding and then e mail the guy with each and each of the measurements they prefer. It does take somewhat longer than your frequent ebay purchase purely simply by fact this is being custom made for you, besides the indisputable fact that that is totally worth it in case you get a stable public sale. in case you're unlikely to be exhibiting severe point instructions, there are some issues which you will smash out with out procuring for now. look into lots of the shows which you plan on going to (even web pages, in the event that they have one) to work out what the different riders are donning. as an occasion, you will desire to be waiting to pass up on chaps or a great bling-y tutor blouse once you would be exhibiting at community shows for a whilst. it supply you some further time to get carry of each thing you prefer.

Have you thought about having a local seamstress make some for you? That way you can control exactly what you want, and she could maybe even teach you how to jazz things up to what you want. Once you find a pattern you like, and that fits you, you can make as many outfits as you please.
