I am looking for arts that are not based on the Asian MA systems.I would like to read more about them.
Name and country (region) of origin would be appreciated.

North American arts are ok as long as they are not derived from Asian systems. That is not what I am looking for so much on this question.

While I'm unsure of any Saudi Arabian fighting arts (or therefore other Arabic) or weapons arts that're within the forefront of the progression of modern day fighting arts (as I'm sure there is) I am unaware of them at present, so I'm not sure I could give an accurate answer, but if I were to guess or speculate, I'd say that they'd be somewhat based off of the the Indonesian fighting arts. every fighting art has at some point borrowed from another fighting system, the main question then would be when and what techniques were found to be the most useful for the founder. Since each founder of the other disciplines utilized what they found to work for them best, as we all should.

Actually, the first guy who said boxing wasn't an Asian art, and that it wasn't effective in a real fight, was dead wrong on both counts. The type of boxing you see now in the west is actually based upon skills brought back by the GI's from the Philippines. And it can definitely be effective if paired with a good ground defense. Back to your actual question, Wikipedia has an article which lists several systems from Africa, Europe, the Americas, and Australia:

i think pretty much most modern ma have bits and pieces of asian based ma in them.it depends what you mean by based?i suppose.
you'd probably have to back to ye days of ye olde old knights to find a non asian based or intergrated ma.savate is asian, based as is mma,the one i'm not sure about though is crapiero, but i think if you researched it it would have something from asia in there.and theres boxing of course but how do you really define a country of origin?boxing was around long time before the marquis of queensbury? it depends how loose you want to be with the terms martial arts and origin or based?one i did forget is greco-roman wrestling which comes from greece.
SAMBO is asian based.

There is Svate...which is a french form of Kickboxing.

There is also a Russina style called Systema. This fighting style is derived fromt he original fighting techniques brought with the first settlers, the Viking tribe known as the Rus (from whom Russia gets its name.)

Then there is a Norwegian system known as Stav.

Boxing was originally a fighting art that originated in Greece, as was Wrestling.

Also, the use of the various European weapons (Swrods, axes etc. fall into the category of Marital Arts.

There is a system from Egypt known as Sebeka (Sebekkha, Sebekkah, I'm not certain of the spellling actually)

That is what I can think of off the top of my head....

Fencing; archery; rifle and pistol marksmanship; Greco-Roman and collegiate wrestling; boxing; la boxe Francais savate; pankration. Of course, pankration, boxing, and wrestling all come from Greece, which is Asia Minor, so your choice on whether to include those. I was going to mention Russian Systema, but Russia is most definitely in Asia!

Well you can always take MMA its basicly a mix of everything. As for non asian martial arts their is boxing and wrestling. But boxing is not effective as they dont learn to follow through and the giant gloves makes them fall short in real fights
