I think he CAN win but Big Tim is the heavy favorite. He is a very boring fighter IMO but also a very dangerous one, he has all the tools and potential to the the best fighter in the world (yes if he had the passion and training I believe he could beat Fedor). I think Randy has the best chance out of everyone to get Tim to the ground with his mastery of the clinch and greco roman wrestling which is where he will win, also in the clinch is were Tim is the weakest as his long reach then works against him. I rooting for Randy because if Tim loses the belt then he might get his fire back and we may begin to see some exciting fights outta him rather than his lackluster attempts to simply "not lose" and retain his title.

plus how bad@$$ does 3 time heavyweight champion sound (and former LHW Champ).

This is tough cause I could really see it going either way.

Sylvia is a huge opponent and historically Randy has had problems with the big heavy weights. That being said, Randy has also won big fights his whole career that nobody thought he could win. If Randy can utilize his clinch and bring Sylvia to the ground then he has a real shot at taking the title. But he has to avoid Sylvia's strikes. As much as I hate watching Tim fight he does use his physical gifts to his advantage. He knows that he has supreme reach over his opponents and he can land good shots before they ever get in range to hit him.

As for the Fedor question, I just can't see it. Fedor is a machine and I truly believe that Fedor would dismantle Sylvia.

I believe Couture will win. Couture believes he has found a weakness in Sylvia's game. He stated this during the Sylvia vs. Monson fight. He beleives that he can take Sylvia down, and pound him into the ground. Good luck to Randy.

Sylvia is a joke... the UFC has catered to him like they did with Hughes... then GSP came in and rocked his face... I can't wait to see what its like when a retired 40 year old comes in and dominates all over that tree trunk. The only thing dangerous about Sylvia.... his his ability to run away from you after getting some punches in, so that he can win and keep his belt.... look who they have thrown at him... what a joke..... GO RANDY! Then I think once randy wins, he should retire... leaving the belt un-claimed... Then there needs to be a tournament to get a winner!

Beat Fedor!!! LOL are you kidding me! thats like thinking that a carebear has a chance against a 9' long Florida gator.... LOL nice try!

I think he can win, but I would put my money on Tim. I like Randy but I think he is in over his head. The one thing I've seen over and over in UFC, is that it only takes one punch to change the entire match. I would like to see Randy win and I'll be rooting for him, but I would suspect Tim will be victorious.
