SALLIE MAE IS THE ONLY COMPANY ALLOWED TO TAKE YOUR TAX CHECK AND ALSO ANY SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY THE PERSON GETS. THEY DON'T ANSWER TO ANYONE. THEY REFUSE TO PROCESS YOUR DISABILITY FORMS AND THEN TAKE YOUR CHECKS. THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO. THE CONGRESS HAS GAVE THEM CONTROL. THEY DON'T HAVE TO REPORT TO THE DEPT,. OF EDUCATION. AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO HELP. WHY ARE WE ALLOWING THIS?

Sallie Mae is a Federal Student Loan organization, You defaulted on your Student Loan. You did not pay on your Student Loan. YOU owe a Federal Debt. They do have a RIGHT to take it.
Your education should not be taken off the back of other tax payers

If you defaulted on your loans stuff like this will happen. They will garnish your paychecks, too.
You could have filed for financial hardship or a deferment or something, but I guess it's too late now.
