I think it all depends on the situation. I know I have a crush someone and would never tell them because I shouldn't be crushing on them, but some things you just can't help. I think that you should tell them (if you can) when the time is right,like when you are with that person and the time just feels right. Good Luck!!

When you confess your true feelings to someone, it has to be when you feel confident and ready. You are right- it does depend on the situation. But even more, it matters how you feel. I have been totally in love with a guy for four years. I've never told him that I like him, and I'm sure many other girls would have, but I just can't. When you are ready to tell them. That is when you should confess. There is no "average", "suggested" or "normal" period of time for someone to crush on another person. It's all up to you.

Sorry. I am a girl, but girl, what i do is just take a plunge and say it or else 90 percent of the time, they won't, because they are waiting for YOU to do it! Trust, me you will be SO happy if you just say it. And if he doesn't love you back, it isn't the end of the world. Trust me. To him, it is a compliment. And maybe in time, he will see you as an excellent person that you are!

not really if it is a time where it wouldn't work out like if she is in a really happy relationship with someone else I wouldn't tell her. If it was a bad time in her life like she is going away on a vacation .. you get the picture I hope
