I had exactly this pain a couple of years ago - it turned out to be heartburn, brought on by anxiety. But the cause of any chest pain must be investigated ASAP. Go to the ER. Do not pass go, do not collect $200.

Wow. It turns out like your describing whatever very similar to what I skilled as a child and every so often as an grownup. I get the ones achy, sharp affliction in my chest / rib field. Often the affliction is slight however repeatedly it is so dangerous I can barley take a breath. It additionally feels love it begins on the backside of my rib cage after which travels up my part because it slowly is going away. I used to be advised through my general practitioner it used to be "developing" pains. Then whilst I used to be older, I introduced it up once more and he mentioned it would be a muscle junk mail. It's been months due to the fact I've had one. With me, the affliction simplest final a couple of seconds and on the so much a minute or 2. They additionally simplest appear to occur a few times in an afternoon whilst i do have them. I might propose that in the event that they arise extra most often, a couple of occasions in an afternoon I'd see anyone approximately it. It would be not anything or it would be whatever (type of seen reply).
