I know i should wait until they break up. but everytime i wait i start not liking him anymore. I think he kinda likes me in a way just a little bit but not enough to actually like him. I cheer for his basketball team, i have him in gym class, and at lunch. They don't even talk to each other, but I really like him I can't stop thinking about him.

"Waiting until they break up" is not a healthy option.
Move on. Accept that he is happy in his relationship, be happy for him, and move on. Do not waste energy being angry and labelling his girlfriend as a 'prep'--you have more in common with her than you think, you like the same boy. It just makes you look petty and small-minded when you're saying mean things about the girlfriend.
Smile, move on. There will be other boys.

tell him how you think. be like i know you like( girl friends name) and i just wanted to let you know i like you too. i dont want to break you guys up but think on if....... it might sound greedy the way i put it but you really should tell him how you feel. it could be through note or e-mail or one of your friends. but you really need to tell him. or els you will have no chance with him at all.
