well no. because its sweet.. and romantic. Its actually the most romantic time because. your treated her as if shes special to you.. and that matters. and full attention on her. but it does depend on how long you have dated her. then its a great idea but if you dont mean it. then the words are meaningless. trust me its not cheezy. Now the only way it would be cheezy if you just met this girl and valentines day just happen to be around the corner. and you said you loved her. then it would be cheezy..and disrespectful because then the girl would think your lieing.

Yeah, and I'd be inclined not to take it too seriously as I'd think the person might be feeling obligated to express an emotion they might not really feel....kinda like saying for the first time right after sex, it just doesn't come across as believeable.
If you truly love the other person, then say it for the first time before or after Valentine's day...

sorta shows you have known that, and were waiting for the right moment, but if you just say it at a bad time, then yes, dont say it while eating a burger or anything, say it within a kiss, or hug, or something.
