I'm not sure, except don't eat anything sticky or crunchy, what are someother thing to do.

And I know about regular brushing and flossing, but also I'm wondering, can I do it tonight, or will it be too much pain or what?

The dentist didn't tell me much except the no sticky/gummy/hard food or candy. and to brush hard, on that area.

I really wish I brushed my teeth when I was younger, I'm 20 and already had a root canal when I was 15. well I guess this isn't too bad, as it is getting tooken care of.

Just brush cautiously, flossing can pop it off . Just be gentle until they install the new permanent one.

Hard things might be bad also.
