How many times did you get away with propagating the falsehood that Adam ate an apple? The Bible did not mention what type of fruit it was so where is your source, the Koran?
Moreover, your breaking down of the consequences of Adam's sin into sub-categories of punishment is ludicrous, if not nonsensical. When a judge sentenced a criminal to jail, would you also break it down as
1. Confined within a cell
2. Isolation from society
3. Wearing prison clothes
4. Eating prison food
5. Doing menial tasks
6. Being caned
7. Being hand-cuffed
8. Family members suffer
9. Forgoing family outing
10. Forgoing shopping
11. Forgoing healthy family cooked food
12. :-)
So "how many times" is a criminal punished according to your way of thinking? It's warped, isn't it? Please be more sensible in your postings, even if you want to slime Christianity, do it intelligently!

None of that was really a punishment. First, Adam and Eve were as little children before they ate the fruit. They were innocent and had very little understanding about anything beyond the fact that God had told them that if they eat the fruit they would die. None of us would even be here if Adam and Eve had not eaten the fruit.
It was, after all, all part of God's plan so that we could all be born and have a place to come and learn about faith and to obtain a physical body of flesh and bones.
Nobody was learning anything about faith in that garden. So, it was a necessary part of the plan. It was also a merciful part of the plan. Once they ate of the fruit, they could no longer be allowed to eat the fruit of life that would have kept them alive in their sins forever.
Death is an important part of God's plan. It is through death, the atonement of Jesus Christ, and consequently the resurrection, that we are perfected or completed as Jesus commanded us to become perfect, even as our Father in Heaven is perfect. It all goes together.
It is only learning to have true faith in Jesus Christ that the perfection process can be fully realized. So, it was not in God's anger that all of the things you listed have come to pass, but it was in his mercy so that we could become perfect. Without it, it would have been impossible.

Adam received wisdom for eating that apple Eve gave him. I take that as a positive not a negative.

All God did was to send them out so they couldn't eat from the tree of life. The other things happened because of the "physics" of the actual sin.
