haha sorry but i had morning sickness for 4 months, i could hardly walk into the shop to buy something and i'd be running out sick. i pretty much just laid down all the time. but there are things you can do. i think theres wrist bands that help, i'm not sure where to get them though. also i think i heard peppermint might help.
i read somewhere that you should have food next to your bed so when you wake up in the morning you can eat it before you get up and start feeling sick.

i have the same problem at time and i am 24 weeks along.
My Dr told me to drink some coke cola there is something in there to calm your stomach down.
Also eat crackers in the am before you get out of bed.
You could try sucking on lemon drops or ginger.
Also east 5 small meals a day and that should help if not talk to your dr becuase they can put you on something they did for me.

You're overeating. I had that problem too. The only thing i can tell you is that your baby is in control now. Try not to eat greasy food. That made me so sick. If you take your prenatal vitamins at the same time stop it!! Try taking them before you go to bed at night. Eat oatmeal, fruits, and vegtables. You will be o.k. sooner than you think.

Keep it light. My favorite snack was cracker and chocolate milk. Any kind of crackers. They just put a little something in my stomach and settled it. I had them every morning. And then about an hour later I was fine to eat breakfast. I couldn't eat just right when I woke up.

You can try crackers (Saltines worked for me) and ginger ale or 7up or plain water. Try a few crackers and sip of gingerale. Dont eat or drink too much at once or it will probably come back up. Keep taking your prenatal vitamins. It wont last for too much longer honey!

Talk with your doctor. I was on nausea pills and it lasted almost 5 to 6 months. There are also preggo pops and suckers you can take. They are at babies r us. It gets alot better. Just wait until you feel the baby move in your stomach.

Ask your doctor for ZOFRAN it was the best thing when i was pregnant with my 2nd baby. i was sick everyday all day for months with my first, but with my 2nd i took zofran and i felt great! Until you ask your doctor for that or ask about it. Eat very very small portions and NEVER let yourself get to a point that you even START to feel hungry.
