I've had both Canon & Fujifilm digital cameras & I'm now on my second Fujifilm - bought nearly three years ago. Obviously, things have changed during that time but if I was to look for a new one then I'd chose a Fujifilm. I've been & am so pleased with mine - it's so easy to use.
I've just had a look in the Argos catalogue (highly technical here, lol) & they don't seem to have one that is over 7 MP for under £150.
Though the Finepix F30 at 6.3 mp & a digital zoom of 6.2 - the European Compact Camera of the Year 2006 looks very nice indded. Unfortunately, in Argos it's £50 over budget.
Though I've just found it here for under £150 (though don't know what p&p is):

Apparently, the successor to the F30 is the F20 - this doesn't have such a large optical zoom (3x compared to 6x) but it is within your price range - as it sells for £149.99 in Argos ... probably cheaper if you search using Kelkoo or Froogle or whatever.
PS Why not try this site for reviews of all the cameras that get suggested to you ...

in case you nonetheless have you ever Nikon F50 i'd stay with Nikon. between the main motives as quickly as I moved from action picture to digital is that being a Nikon consumer I knew i could use my previous lenses with my new digital camera. For the money, i'd advise you look on the recent Nikon D300. provided that photos isn't a considerable area of your enterprise, the D300 could meet just about any choose you have.

This is an awesome camera that I found quickly, I am assuming that the conversion rate from Euro to American Dollar is around 2:1 so that 300American=150Euro.
this is an awesome 9megapix. with awesome zoom. It is Fuji and I am a cameraperson so I would know that Fuji is second only to Kodak and Sony. And if anyoneelse says otherwise, then consider that too.

you don't need 7MP unless you are making poster sized shots!
go for the sony s500. it is a great camera, 6 MP, with a good sized screen (2.5 in screen). very reliable from my experience too.
goes for about 130-145 here in the states.

Although only 6mp, the Canon Ixus 60 is awesome. It uses the same processor as their top of the range SLR's do. You won't find much better

I think your best bet is to go to www.which.co.uk It's a magazine that reviews everything and I always consult it before spending money on something like that. They are unbiased so you should get the best answer from there.
