Yes, if you go to bed earlier, or wake up later, you won't have such dark circles.

There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.
If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

Cut out the caffine at night to get to sleep earlier. Also a good under eye treatment at night (oil of olay) makes a great product called rejuvinate. Drink more water, eat more veggies and try to cut out any stress you might be carring around with you by unwinding with music, reading, exercising, whatever you like to do.

Yes - you definitely need more sleep. And make sure you are drinking lots of water as well, keeping yourself hydrated is very important. Try eye creams with Vitamin K to get rid of them until you can change your routine. Good luck!

yes, that is bad. go to sleep earlier, try to get about 6-7 hours of sleep a night. you're supposed to have one hour of sleep for every two you're awake, so that's 8 hours a night, but sometimes that's too hard to do, so aim for 6 or 7.

eye cream with lotsa vitamin K in it, (theres one even called Vita-K).try to sleep more, but honestly, lotsa people will says that they'll go away if you do but they might not. for me, it doesn't matter if i sleep 10 hours or 10 minutes at night, i have them no matter what, unless i use the cream or a cold compress at night. don't be cheap, buy something for it cause it's probably genetic. g/l

is that 12:30am- 3pm? 12:30am-3am? if it's the latter then you need to get more sleep! If you have problems sleeping then you should ask your doctor for advice or medication.
