I don't see a proof

None exists. Evolution is not math. It can not have "proof". It can only have evidence.
The common use of the words "proof" and "theory" are different than their true meaning. Theory is used interchangeably with hypothesis. Proof is used interchangeably with evidence. In the true meaning, no you can not show proof for evolution. I enjoy this question because to some it can be educational. A rare thing in this section.

You don't see a proof because you want someone to give you all the information you'll ever need to know to understand evolution and everything to do with it in this little short space on the internet.
To understand the answer you need to understand mathematics, chemistry, biology, geology, and more.
The only way you're going to actually understand what you're seeing is if you go and study it. No one can give you the answer to all the questions in life (especially when many of us have spent YEARS studying it) on some message board.
The answers aren't simple like Christians like to think. Its not just written in some book "this is what happened" and its all done and over with like it is for Christians.
Go study. You may learn something you didn't expect when you actually do study it.

We have not yet uncovered the undeniable proof, just like the religious freaks have not found proof for God.
They have had thousands of years, where is their proof?
Evolution is a relatively new idea, we still have plenty of time to find the proof.

The Galapagos Islands are rife with evolution as is the Hawaiian Islands where there is a species of bird which can only feed from one flower which can only feed one species of bird.
Evolution does not disprove the existence of God. But disbelief in the face of irrefutable evidence does prove stupidity.

Proof of a unproven theory? There is only circumstantial evidence. However not believing in God is proof enough for most!

That's because there are many things wrong with evolution. They have filled the textbooks with lies and refuse to take them out because they don't have anything to replace it with.
Like they glued a bunch of dead butterflies to a tree and somehow tied them in with evolution?
Plus the only thing they have for evolution is the chart that labels the layers of sediment. They tell us how old the fossils are by what layer of sediment it is found in, but they tell how old the sediment is by what fossils they find there.
And we could go on with animals, Grand Canyon, Universe.....
This is my own theory but here you go
Universe= One Verse (uni means one) Genesis 1:1
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth
See universe means one verse and that verse is Genesis 1:1

Honestly evolution isn't something that can be explain in a paragraph. If you want to understand evolution study biology and chemistry.
