Okay there's a girl I work with , today when she was sitting next to me she moved her arm and it touched arm and we stayed like that for a few minutes. And then again are legs touched and we kept them like that for a few minutes. Is this innocent contact that I shouldn't think about, or could this possibly be a way of her possibly feeling me out. I mean I liked how she felt against me. I like being that close to her but does she feel that way too, or is this just normal.

Generally someone moving beyond your 'comfort zone' (the area beyond which you are comfortable with people) implies in one way or another that they feel close to you.
Really, it depends on your circumstances, but I'm guessing if you're about the same age, and she didn't HAVE to be right next to you, then chances are she likes you! Perhaps you should persue this more outside of work? ;)
EDIT: Or, if you're quite naive, she could just be messing you around because she finds it funny :S I think the best advice so far is to hint verbally that you like her, and see how she responds.

Oh, no it's TOTALLY NOT NORMAL and you are right to think that it could be a sign. I myself know that it's a sign and the only way it would be innocent contact is if it only happened once or if you are FRIENDS!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me here I should know. You should go after her if you have feelings for her as you somewhat indicated.

yeah, it could be just "innocent contact." it seems like you like her a lil bit and your mind is taking it to thoughts it shouldn't really be. she could just be a flirt and likes your company and doesn't see anything wrong if you and her shoulders touch or leg. give it time and see what other incidents happen. next time jokingly ask her why is your leg always touching mine and see what she says.

Next time it happens, whisper, and ask her if she is hitting on you, or you could move your arm and place your hand on her wrist. She will let you know if she likes it.

You feel the electricity, but she may not be feeling it at all. So don't look too much into it.

It doesn't sound so innocent to me. I think that if it were innocent or unwanted on her behalf, she would have pulled away. If you like her I think you ought to gently persue her.

it could be more but it might be nothing. a girl i recently started dating used to to the same with me. we have never been happier. feel her out before making any moves. you don't want to embarrass yourself.
