Brush your tongue and floss.
Also bad breathh sometimes comes from the stomach, drinking green tea or normal tea without milk is a good way to help get rid of it. Also if you have a lot of dairy products, you could try cutting down on them as they often are a cause of bad breath! good luck! x

My Personal Suggestions:

1. Try brushing your teeth just for the heck of it
2. Try flossing your teeth, or just use some mouthwash
3. Check yourself, or go to the dentist, see if you have cavities
4. If you do have cavities, getting them filled will definitely help
5. Brush your tongue, brushing your tongue actually helps
6. Gargle warm water and salt
7. If you have a sore throat that may be the cause
8. Pop in a breath mint
9. Chew some spicy gum or any gum that will help
10. This may be a symptom of a disease, go to your doctor

1. Change your brush
2. Change your toothpaste
3. Brush your tongue. A lot of "stink" comes from there.
4. Check to see if you have a sinus condition. If you have an infection, your breath will stink
5. Watch what you eat (or don't eat). When you don't eat, you may get smelly breath too.

Brush both the front and back of your teeth. Most people just brush the front.

Buy a tongue cleaner.

Stay away from mouthwash - it only makes it worse.

Change your diet.

Stay away from soda or anything that will dry your mouth out.

Mouthwash does not work. It may give temporary relief, but long-term it robs your mouth of good bacteria. The more you use mouthwash, the more you'll need it. It's a vicious cycle.

Use a minty toothpaste! Brush 3 times a day. Use Listerine in the morning. Carry around Listerine strips or mini portable sprayer!

Sometimes drainage from allergies or sinuses can cause bad breath so getting that under control helps. Also, make sure you brush your tongue when you brush your teeth or use a tongue scraper as your tongue often traps odor causing bacteria. Also a new non-prescription rinse helps (Breath RX).

since u do have good dental hygiene, then I would suggest getting a tongue cleaner. (a tongue scraper)

as the tongue is where a good amount of bacteria is, its moist, and the bacteria can easily grow in there, thus causing bad breathe.

Mouth wash helps. Have you checked with the dentist? Sometimes you may have some sort of tooth decay that may cause foul smell. I had that before, issues with my breath. After the dentist took out my cavity, the smell was gone.
