I know of him but really don't know him. My friend said that I'll know him when I see him but I can't place the face with the name. I'll be seeing him on 2/24 at my friend's party. Its it strange to have feelings for someone who you haven't met?

No, you've obviously interacted with him some other way, so it's easy to develop feelings for a person based on only their personality. Just be careful that you're not falling for a fantasy.

I thikn i know what your talking about..theres this person at my school who i dont know at all and i just found out his name like a week ago and i feel like i have very strong feelings for him..and i know it doesnt really make sense but i really like him..so i think its pretty normal.
