Hi i was wondering if i could get prayer for my husband ? On December 30,2006 his sister passed away she was 30yrs old and had 2 small children 5 and7.My husband was very close to his sister it was only the two of them so they did everything together.They shared secrets,talked for hours and listen to music together.They were each others rock when they were going threw something they had a friendship that would not end.Untill now steven is very heart broken and i would like for you to say a prayer for him that god will help him threw his greif and pain thank you so much his loveing wife joanie.

Joanie, I will promise to pray for your husband. You can pray too. It will make him feel stronger because God will help him through his grief and pain. I have a brother and he is still alive but I was very close to my parents and I've lost them both, not too long ago. Grief is hard to bear even sometimes years after a person's loss. It is a normal process though. If it gets too difficult and prayer alone doesn't seem to help him, there are counselors who do grief counseling you might want to get him to go see. A pastor of the church you attend would be glad to talk with him too. I'm sure that all the praying Christians who read your question will join with you and me as we pray for your husband too. Bless you for allowing prayer as an option in these godless times. You are to be commended! Keep looking up!

I am sadden to hear about your loss it will be and honer to pray for your husband. He is blessed to have a wife like you . Your are what the scripture meant when it says when a man finds a wife he finds a good thing and favor from the lord may God keep and bless you both

thats sad.. i will pray for your husband and his sisters family. Hopefully his greif will end soon.. and he'll get through this.. just give him some time..

I don't pray, but I will include him in my Loving-Kindness meditation today.
Grief takes time - just being there for him will help.
