Are you getting enough sleep? Or maybe too much sleep?

When I sleep TOO much I wake up more tired. The key is to figure out how much sleep YOU really need (everyone is different). Most people do okay with 7-8 hours, but some need more (9-10), but some (like me) need less (6 hours).

If you can manage this, try FREE RUNNING for a couple of days. What that means is that on the first day you get up at your normal time but try to stay awake until you're tired. Then sleep as long as you want until you awaken feeling refreshed. Then stay awake until you're tired and sleep until you're refreshed. After a couple of days your body will adjust and then just figure out from that how much sleep YOU need each night. Also, you will figure out your own internal rhythm so you know what is the BEST time for YOU to go to sleep and wake up.

you can try to stay up as late as you can then you just sleep it all in and you shouldn't be as tired as you sound
