Help i need a creative way to ask a guy to turnabout.

Turnabout is when the girl asks the guy, implying that the regular way is for the guy to ask the girl. Sadie Hawkins dances are usually what they had been called. It's called turnabout because of the saying, "Turnabout is fair play".
Just give him a little handmade card asking him. Hand it to him instead of leaving it for him.
You don't want to do anything too elaborate, because the more time it takes to ask him out the greater the chance another girl will have already beat you to it.

If turnabout doesn't have a specific agenda you could try inviting him to a steak place like Outback or a Brazilian meat barbecue or instead you could invite him to a home-cooked meal.

Try the treasure hunt idea. It's always fun and guys are competitive that way. Plant clues and have the invitation (maybe video?) at the end.
