Its the tax year, ie. 6th April in one year to the 5th April in the next year.

Start of the tax year, i would expect. Being a tax exile and that.

Since your tax exiles it will go by the tax year.

It is the tax year.
But HMRC have now interpreted this in a different way, and 90 days may be too long.
