First of all we recovered over 500 chemical warheads. And contrary to the official Democratic Party position - mustard gas has a shelf life of over 50 years (here is a situation where chemistry trumps politics).
As for the reason Saddam's officers did not use them - we had made it very clear that any person who was involved in the use of chemical weapons would be tried as a war criminal.
And - since you apparently were not paying attention when we invaded Iraq - Saddam did order that chemical weapons be used.

In my own opinion he did have them, but instead of using them he HID them. It was a well know fact that when the military was showing photos taken from reconnaissance, there were many trucks near the storage areas near his military bases. It was just a little before the UN inspectors were supposed to be there. Then suddenly there's no trucks. I think he just moved them out and hid them in mountain caves or had them taken to Iran.
It's just from all the news that I've caught and things that I've seen and I could be totally wrong, but I don't think so.
There is all this false flag stuff going on as well, so it's really difficult to know what or who to believe anymore.

Make no mistake. Hussein was psycho but he wasn't stupid. He knew we would be coming for him but he had months to get them out of Iraq while the UN chased its tail around in circles (as usual). It has been well documented that Hussein had WMD's and used them on his own people. They could have easily been stock piled in Syria, possibly Iran but you can bet you *** their still around somewhere.

Because unlike our idiot government, he knew that just blindly chucking military force around could get the sunnis, kurds, and shiites to start a costly and disasterous civil war.

My guess is that he sent them to Syria in the semis to hide them from the inspectors that he refused to cooperate with before the invasion.

Ummmmm he used them all on the Al-Queda Sympathizers called Kurds. And, made sure they did not attack us. And, with him gone they beheaded us. I never will forget them. For you never forget a face which is starving and needing water and food.

He did not use them in the first Gulf war when he was proven to have them because we would have responded with tactical nukes.

You may have missed it.
The Democrats DEMANDED that Bush do something about Hussein (not Obama, the other one.), and his WMD's.
It was okay with the Democrats, during the Clinton Years, because they knew the Boy President had other things on his mind.
