The idea that jesus was a real person... and if so he was the greatest trickster of all time. Just think of how many people he tricked into worshipping him and for how long. Amazing isn't it, the whole "only way through heaven is through me" threat that promoted enough fear to cause billions to blindly follow one mans words. Pretty amazing isnt it?

I'm sure he was a very carismatic, charming man. That explains why he had the followers he did. Isn't it interesting that he never wrote anything? Everything was written by other people, oh yes, years after his death!

I don't believe Jesus taught fear. He taught hope and love and forgiveness.

There were tons of eyewitness accounts to his miracles - he healed lepers, caused blind people to see, made lame people walk. There's historical proof that people at the time followed him around because of the miracles. Jesus even raised people from the dead. The people didn't follow out of fear. They were in awe of his miracles, and once they started following, they heard his teaching.

It is amazing that the testament of His divinity is written in His blood and the blood of His apostles let alone the million that were willing to suffer death before denying their faith and witness.. Then you come along over 2000 years later and call what Jesus did for us and and what his Apostles did to bring the Good News of Life through faith in Jesus trickery. Now that is amazing... Jim

If what you said was true, then it would be amazing. You seem to forget about the history, prophesies, fulfilling prophesies, miracles, witnesses, defying death, love and not fear, and being the Son of God parts. Although you can logically apply what you said to Muhammad.

May God Bless you.
