There are some great pet names out their, and a website which has loads of interesting names out there is:

best of all it has the meaning behind the names, so you don't make the mistake I did years ago naming my Cat Mishka which I was later told is bulgarian for mouse!

As a longtime dog owner I usually just go with my gut. Look at her........what do you see? I recently named a female dog Scoop, cause she loves being scooped up and held. Just look at her, what comes to mind? Margie, Mindy, Missy, Molly, Maggie....sorry to just do M names, but see what I mean? I'd really be interested in what you decide but I'm new to this and don't know if I can check it. Bella is a beautiful name. Is she a lay around dog or a bounce off the wall type? That might influence your choices. Just be sure to enjoy her!

A well puppy title is Sasha. I love doing polls. Yay! Good puppy names are Sasha, Bella, Ella, Macie, Grace, and Teddy. I used to consistently make up a record of puppy names and publish them on my dog institution on Facebook. I relatively wish I get high-quality reply. Some different well names are Taya, Ali, Puff, and Boo.

If you think the name Bella fits your dog's personality, than use it. But if you're second guessing it, look around some more before you settle. :-)

Please~ don't do it.... It is a nice name but so common and unoriginal. Everyone's daughter and dog are named Belle, Bella, Isabelle, etc. Take your time. I had my dog's name picked a few days after I got her, but waited like 2 weeks til I was 100% sure.

i would say what kind of personality does she have then base it on that or watch the way she carries herself, but i think Bella is for a dog that is cute with face expressions, and is happy.

For a boy I think Louie and Charlie are cute names. For a girl I think Leigh, Maggie, Cassie or Cass, Grace, and Holly are cute names. Good luck with your new dog! =)
