Au Bord de la Mer - By the Sea
Chaud et Froid - Hot and Cold
A la Sante! - To good health; equivalent to "Cheers"
Le Verre du Vin - The Wine Glass

Well, it depends on different things:
- in which town is the restaurant?
- what type of food are you going to serve? Is it Mediterranean food? Or food from all over France (I assume it's going to be French dishes, right?)
- maybe the type of people you're trying to get? age?
etc.
PS: I really like "L'assiette du marché" (it would imply that you're serving fresh food, from the market, and it would sound great particularly for Med. food).
