i am going to florida on thrusday. IT is my first time flying and i was wondering if a gym type like bag is okay for the carry-on. IT says you can bring a carry on and one personaly item like a hand bag. Is a large purse okay?THanks

Yes that will be fine they only worry about the size durability and contents. there are websites that will give you a restricted items list. Try

Yes. Most airlines carry on bag sixe limit is 62 inches, but as long as it is less than that, you are good. Also a small abckpack would work too. to check to make sure that your bag is under 62 inches do this (length+width+height)

Yes, you can bring a duffle bag as long as it will fit in the overhead compartment.

Yes, but, have you BEEN to an airport lately???? They make you walk MILES to get anywhere, and you will have to carry your bag the whole way. Get a carry-on bag with wheels and you'll very glad you did. They don't HAVE to be expensive!! Go to Ross.

if it fits under the seat infront of you or in the overhead compartment, then you are fine!
