Though technically a "horn" I think the scriptures speak about the final trumpet sounding.
(And sorry, your question reminded me of something I heard the other day...A mechanic tells his customer that he could not fix the brakes on his car, so he made the horn louder!)
I know that has nothing to do with your question, but it gave me a chuckle.
When that final trumpet sounds, man's souls will be revealed to be as dark as Jeremiah 17:9 says they are. Pleading the blood of Jesus is our only chance.
