Large pores is inherited. Permanently getting rid of them is impossible, but shrinking them temporarily is possible.
Aloe vera
alcohol based products, which I don't recommend,
Tea tree oil
Splashing cold water on the face.
There's lots, just look around.
*****You'll never permanently be able to shrink them, not possible. Just stay out of the sun, if you have to go in the sun, wear sun screen.

The best and safest way is go to a skin care professional. Call local beauty salons and ask if they specialize in skin care and get a facial specifically for your condition.

exfoliate and use a toner. Clinique is the best stuff.
