There is enough food, land etc. in the world for everyone. No one should have to live in poverty, with war etc. The answer is people are greedy.

When man decided they knew better than God back in the Garden of Eden and ate that fruit that God told them NOT to eat, that's when God let them (us) do what ever they thought it was right for them (us)...so this mess is man's, not God's.
He's allowing a limited time to show that he is the one that knows what's best for us. To us it looks like it's a loooooong time because we are puny, but to God, a day is like a thousand years.
When he finally gets fed up of all the mess we have made, then he'll step in and make things new...but only when he thinks it's enough, not when we think it's enough.
Meanwhile, we should show that we love him by the way we live our own lives...however long it takes, and he'll give us as individuals our own reward.

The usual answer is that God (or gods, or goddesses) allow people to make their own choices. One might even argue that a God that enforced peace and wealth wouldn't be a very good God, because that would necessarily transform humanity into unthinking slaves. Others have argued that God allows these things to test people, but that is not an opinion which I hold (it doesn't make sense to me that some would be tested to extremes while others would have only minor tests).

Apparently we deserve it because we have a sinful nature and we're all bad people.
What a load of baloney, God is the real reason for all the war. There is poverty because people try to live in inhospitable places where crops don't grow...

We are born in to a world of sin. Look back in the biblical days, there was famine and fighting. God did not promise us a rosy world. We have to help others, pray for them and do the best we can in this world...
Mere mortal man is the reason for these devastating things that happen. Man has destroyed this Earth..

Most wars in this world are religious in nature, so belief in God is exactly the thing we don't need to bring an end to the wars. If we believe in the truth, we can find a way to stop these wars over blind faith.

people cause havoc, and that causes all kinds of wars, and hate, It is not God, God is good, if it is bad ,or their is any bad, evil, or wrong in it, It ,is and cant, be of God ,BUT of Satan, and People are given a choice by God to do and choose as one pleases, Hoping that His death own the cross would bring Hope, and compassion ,and love, for one another, not blame, and same, and war, and poverty, Only a small amount left own earth, with compassion ,and that is not blinded ,by the rights, from the wrongs, and God and ones self ,allowed some to become as big as they are with gobbs, of money ,so much money they could never spend..People with money, should be doing wonders for this world but they are self and worldly consumed..It is not Gods place to do with your money as he Please. He wants us we the people to do it from our hearts, and to hold compassion for not just some but all...Famous people are famous because we the people made them famous, because with out we the people they would or could not make it, And God blessed them with this success..Hoping they would do good, for themselves, and Others, But God is blamed, and we the people ,need to start blaming, ourselves ,and Satan, for blinding us ,the people from not knowing Right from wrong, and saying yes, to the things we the people know we should be saying no to, 1 person is a start of the part that would bring world unity, Dont blame the God that is so devine and pray that you are unblinded to the things that are the most Important thing in your life and that is knowing God, And if we all give then we could get it all taken care of, It is called compassion, and the only way you can have that kind of compassion is for God to be in your heart, that is why you are so confused ..He has to be own every mind, in every heart and moved in and lives in every soul, for the world to ever come together and for all war to stop and havoc to stop and all Hunger sickness and any other unmention thing, that is All it would take, but we the people, cant see it because he lives not in a very huge percentage of we the people of the world... Pray for hope peace and for God to KEEP blessing the USA and Israel and All and Jesus Loves you..even though you dont know or love Him...He has filled me with a devine peace.and has taught me self control. and has blessed me so much. and he uses me to come through not to hate but to Help give all hope,

First you should believe in God because I mean look at yourself God does everything for the better. He loves us he would never do anything bad to us it is simple as that.
