We are born perfect. Adam did not pass his sin to us. No Scriptural support for such a concept.

The state of Original Sin surrounds and affects every human being in the world. We do not inherit Original Sin by blood nor are we guilty of it.
The Catholic Church talks about the Fall in this way:
The account of the fall in Genesis chapter 3 uses figurative language, but affirms a primeval event, a deed that took place at the beginning of the history of man. Revelation gives us the certainty of faith that the whole of human history is marked by the original fault freely committed by our first parents.
If we assume that the theory evolution is true, the scenario might happen like this. A manlike being is slowly evolving. At some point God gives these beings a soul
These human beings lived in complete “original” holiness. They loved God with all their heart, with all their soul, and with all their mind. They loved their neighbors as much as they loved themselves.
Then the first human beings disobeyed God, choosing to follow their own will rather than God's will. This was the Original Sin.
Consequently, they lost the grace of original holiness and sin became universally present in the world.
Besides the personal sin of the first human beings, original sin describes the fallen state of human nature, which affects every person born into the world, and from which Christ, the "new Adam," came to redeem us.
With love in Christ.

He LOST the perfect image of God. All Adam's children were born in Adam's image. God did not create any other humans, so they are not into this world in His image.
Gen 5:3
3 When Adam had lived 130 years, he had a son in his own likeness, in his own image; and he named him Seth.
(from New International Version)
Col 3:9-11
10 and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator.
(from New International Version)
Since we Christians have been born again by God's Spirit , the image of God is being restored and will be complete when we stand before God.

On one hand, we suffer the consequences of Adam's disobedience and have inherited a sinful nature from him (Rom. 5:12-23). The Bible states that ". . . through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men, because all sinned," (Rom. 5:12 - all Bible quotes are from the NASB). Adam sinned. We didn’t. He was in the Garden of Eden. We were not. When we face God on the day of judgment, the Lord won’t say to us, "Adam sinned, so you are going to pay for it." We are responsible for our own sins, not the sins of others.
On the other hand, we are affected by Adam’s sin. This is how. Before the fall, Adam was sinless, perfect, and good (Gen. 1:31). He had a ‘good’ nature. But, after the fall, he became a sinner. His nature was changed from ‘good’ to ‘bad.’ Since we are his children, we inherit his sinful nature (Rom. 5:12). In this sense, we suffer for what Adam did; that is, he caused his descendants to have sinful natures and all of us suffer because of it. This is called original sin. It means that we have inherited a sinful nature and that all of what we are as individuals (mind, body, soul, spirit, emotions, and thought) is touched by sin. But this does not mean that we are as sinful as we can be. After all, God has written His Law on our hearts (Rom. 1:19; 2:15).
In addition, creation was also affected by the fall. God had given dominion of the world to Adam. Adam sinned and sin entered the "world" as it says in Romans 5:12. That means that death entered the world along with disease, pestilence, earthquakes, famine, etc. They all have their root in the fall. That is why the Bible states that creation is longing for its redemption (Rom. 8:18-22).

You can only NOT "sin" if you are perfect in your knowledge of good & evil, right & wrong.
No-one can ever reach that status, so everyone should be afraid of when they will be locked up for that evil thing they did. HAHA!
We are born dumber & die only a little less dumb. Our greatest knowledge is a drop in the bucket to what is out there.
Oh well, why worry about what is impossible for us as humans? Your not afraid of burning for things you simply could not help are you?
Hurry up & life life, just stop worrying!

How long did it take you before you sinned on your own without any help from Adam or any one else for that matter?

Significantly, the word SIN is not introduced into the Bible until later when Cain murders his brother, Abel. It seems that Adam and Eve’s worst transgression is their scapegoat, and the couples moral life will finally begin when they can acknowledge having done wrong.

Are you saying you've never sinned?
Sin is a result of the knowledge of good and evil, and the choice to do evil instead.
