I like this guy and he can talk to me fine and i can keep the confo going on but i never can start the confo what to do pleezz help.

Just wait until your kinda alone and the convo is flowing and comfortable (as much as possible.) And just say 'I think you're really sweet, no really. And I was just wondering if you liked me like I like you?' 'You're really special to me and I hope we could be together.' Or any other variation.
Start casual like with recent events, favorite sports, or something you have in common. Don't be nervous, relax. And don't ask yes-no questions, they just shorten the convo. If you feel the spark and think he likes you too, drop a line or hint.
