If someone had their own blood on there hand and they hit me in the lip, causing my lip to split and bleed.

Well, this sounds like it would be a very odd way to contract HIV, and considering that oral sex is the least possible way to get HIV out of all the possible sex-related infections, I'd say you should be okay, because it is hard to get it in the mucous membranes of the mouth, but I don't know. You STILL need to get tested, as soon as your doctor will allow you to, my own mother got stabbed with a needle from a patient that had AIDS that she was taking care of, and miraculously did not get HIV. So you have a very high chance of being just fine.

If they have AIDS/HIV then it is possible. It can take up to six months for it to show up in your blood though.

You need to be tested. The Doctor or medical facility will tell you how often.

U COULD GET HIV IF U HAVE ANY OPEN WOUND AND THEY HAVE AN OPEN WOUND WITH BLOOD. THAN YES U CAN.
