God was before all things – Col 1:17
God knows the end from the beginning – Isa 46:10
God created all things – John 1:3
Nothing exists without the power of God – Col 1:16

Since God knows what will happen before it has happened then before sin came into existence God already knew of sin. Therefore sin was in the mind of God.

Evil is not an entity. Evil is not a noun. It cannot be "created"
Good is perfection.
Evil is good corrupted.
Good is a standard evil is anything less than that standard.
If you can imagine a wall that over the years falls apart and becomes rubble. The rubble does not fit the standard of the wall. The wall was changed into something different because of decay.

No evil started in the mind of Satan when he temped Eve to take the apple. God only created the free will to do this. But if we had no free will and couldnt sin we would just be robots. Sin or robots.

Sin is absence of God. He knew what the horrible results there would be if man CHOSE to rebel against Him. But KNOWING is not CAUSING.

Weather people may KNOW that it's going to rain...but their knowledge does not CAUSE it to rain. And due to the character of God, He allows people to choose Him (good) or choose not to obey Him (evil).

Surely you have noticed that you have that choice and exercise it every day.
