What do you mean by restrained? Are they going to tie down your arm to take a blood test? Why? If so I don't think anything will happen. Need more details.

im guessing your having your arm restrained do to a fear of needles of something of the sort, nothing extreme will happen with this, depending on how much u tense up your arm prior to the stick you may get a bruise or minor swelling at the site and some soreness
