usually takes "at least" 3-5 days for it to not show up in a urinalysis, several weeks with a blood test, and if hair is tested.. some studies show it could show up after as long as 25 years.
And not to be rude. .. ..But if you're really concerned about getting treatment for your bipolar condition, why would you do such a stupid thing as do cocaine, that could make it worse. Not to mention cause other potention problems and possibly even death.
also, all the "so called" remedies.. don't work. You're going to process it out of your body at the same rate no matter what you do. You could try drinking alot of water a few hours before the test. As a last attempt to try to flush it out of your bladder/kidneys, etc.
I came across one of the posts you responded to previously about gay people. I'm just curious how you could think that living that way is living without love and without god.. but doing cocaine is ok...? Sound kinda hypocritical to me. ;)
Feel free to email me. :)

many drugs stay in the body and can be detected long after use. Urine, hair, are just a couple of the ways of testing. I suppose you could fess up or reschedule the appointment. To lie would be another problem down the road.
In chat I find that many do that with this disorder. Why is that?

I don't know if it will be gone. But I can tell you that if you continue using coke and other drugs while trying to treat your BPAD, you won't be very successful at keeping the BPAD at bay.
I would recommend just being honest with your doctor, telling him or her you used cocaine, that you will make every effort not to in future (if that is true and ONLY if that is true), and if it is NOT true, discuss what your other reasonable options are for treating your BPAD.
Us bipolar people are infamous for "self medicating" using drugs like coke or opiates, then trying to hide the evidence. This does NOT help our condition, it makes it worse, sweetie. What you should be scared of is not your doctor finding out, but of what you are doing to your own mental condition.

What the heck are you doing taking cocaine when you have bipolar!? Are you TRYING to freak yourself out?
Your bigger question should be how are you going to avoid a massive drug interaction and possible death when you do something stupid like that again and you ARE taking other meds!
Answer: 2-4 days....it's a toss up.....Good luck. Personally I hope you fail and learn your lesson!

Oh Really!! YOu should be ashamed of your self. Ask those who 'pressured' you into taking the coccaine. They obviously have all the answers already as you can be so easily guided by them. You do things against your better judgement then you gotta poay the price. Sheesh

get Ural or something similar, that u use for urinary tract infections, drink that then drink heaps of water. but u should tell ur doctor about the coke, they cant tell anyone and u shouldnt worry about what they think, its more important for your health that they know.
