Jesus Christ was resurrected. What's most interesting to me about this is that many Christians believe that he ascended in his physical body, the body that he presented to Doubting Thomas and the rest of his disciples as proof that he had risen from the dead, complete with puncture wounds from the crucifixion. However, others believe that Jesus ascended in a physical body, as according to Scripture "Flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God." Mormons interpret this verse in a different context to illustrate that Jesus ascended with a body of flesh and bone, not flesh and blood. If, in fact, he did ascend spiritually then that begs the question, "what happened to the body that was crucified?" JW's believe that God destroyed the body so that it would not be worshipped, as He did with Moses' body for the same reason, as this would constitute idolatry and blasphemy. Early Jews were prone to idol worship as described in Scripture after Moses ascended the mountain to speak with God. Different denominations believe differently regarding the subject. In answer to your question, Jesus' body was never found.

No. After the Resurrection, Jesus walked among His disciples for 40 days before being taken up bodily into heaven.

Yes, as a matter of fact, we do know where His body is. It's in Heaven, along with His soul and spirit, because He arose from the dead.

I heard there's a conspiracy theory that says he's buried somewhere in the French Alp's, in a cave that no-one's been allowed to excavate. Though it's probably not true. Funny thing is, it was a religious education teacher in my Catholic school that told me that! O_o

No. If his body ever turned up, then Christianity wouldn't be worth anything.
