Over the counter...probably nothing. My advice ,get a gym membership,exercise,take creatine and protein...and you may not desire the heroin urge...it may change to an exercise obsession,but its better than that death

I'd say the most effective thing is therapy, but also GROUP therapy as some form of spirituality and excercise, meditation, journalism and hypnosis. YOu'llhave to go to a doc for meds to really help to overcome it medically speaking. I can't imagine anything over the counter. God Bless you.

I don't think drugs to kick a drug habit is one, healthy, and two exists. You gotta go cold turkey on this one. Withdrawls are a B ... but ... it's all or nothing. Going to rehab would be the best option to really kick the habit.

THE ONLY THING , I RECOMMEND IS DRUG REHAB ..THERE IS METHADONE BUT IT'S LIKE TAKING A DRUG IT SELF AND CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS TO THE BODY!
