In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti, Amen.
And when you see somebody make the gesture, you should respond (in Greek) Apo, pantos kakodaimonos: "Away, every unclean spirit."

In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti, Amen.
In the Roman Rite, the right hand touches, in order:
Forehead, Chest, Left shoulder, Right Shoulder, Lips (usually lips are touched with the knuckle of the index finger)
Most people don't do the lips though. It's an old-school Catholic thing.

Why? If you really mean to call out to the Father, the almighty, He will hear you in 'Any' language at all.
